Looks like Kia means business with its recent lines of hot looking cars like the Kia Forte. The Kia Cadenza a.k.a K7 back in Korea is a luxury sports sedan. The Cadenza will go on sale worldwide sometime next year after making its world debut at the Riyadh Motor Show in Saudi Arabia on 12 December. The Cadenza is 4965 mm long, 1850 mm wide, 1475 mm high and has a wheelbase that is at 2845 mm (considered long).

The sports sedan is powered by a transversely-mounted 3.5 liter Lambda II V6 engine. It can produce 290 PS at 6600 revs and 338Nm of torque at 5000 revs. The engine is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission with sequential manual mode. Kia has claimed that the K7 can go from 0 – 100 km/h in 7.2 seconds while top speed is rated at 230 km/h.

Wheel-o-sophy : We think the Kia Cadenza/ K7 Luxury Sports Sedan has a lot to offer in terms of performance and design. Its’ success however will be determined by the pricing.
